I met Karen on my first 100 mile run. we ran together for most of the race, what I was impressed with was her confidence, and her positive attitude for the full 100 miles.
I joined her bootcamp with some of my buddies and the impact it made on my life was powerful.
It is imperative to our overall health and well-being to stay in a positive mindset and her Mental Fitness Bootcamp is the ticket for personal change.

I joined Karen's Mental Fitness Bootcamp when the Dr was going to prescribe drugs to calm my anxiety.
Her program shifted me within the first week.
I further maintained my daily Mental Fitness gym sessions.
Doing this I entered a 24 hour race and set the course record, won the race overall and stayed positive and in ease and flow for the full 24 hours.
